BioDegrador: We present BioDegrador, a computational tool that predicts the mass-balanced reactions needed to degrade toxic chemicals and corresponding enzymes using knowledge-based biodegradation transformations. The information provided by BioDegrador will be helpful for developing the strategy for bioremediation and directed evolution experiments.
