  • ML = 4000 mg/kg , only spreadable fats as defined in Article 115 and Annex XV of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007, having a fat content of 41 % or less and similar spreadable products with a fat content of less than 10% fat

  • Cocoa and Chocolate products as covered by Directive 2000/36/EC (5.1)(legislation:1129/2011, applicable as from 01/06/2013)

  • ML = 5000 mg/kg

  • Sauces (12.6)(legislation:1129/2011, applicable as from 01/06/2013)

  • ML = 4000 mg/kg , only dressings

  • Other confectionery including breath refreshening microsweets (5.2)(legislation:1129/2011, applicable as from 01/06/2013)

  • Decorations, coatings and fillings, except fruit-based fillings covered by category 4.2.4 (5.4)(legislation:1129/2011, applicable as from 01/06/2013)

  • ML = 5000 mg/kg , only cocoa-based confectionery
