Cell2Chem: Currently, biosynthesis has been a new means to provide novel compounds. Due to the explosive growth of the number of literature in the field of synthetic biology, it has become increasingly difficult to manually search and read the large amount of literature, and the traditional keyword retrieval scheme cannot meet the demand. Therefore, synthetic biologists urgently need a tool to correlate species with the required compounds and provide information needed for biosynthetic design. Therefore, we searched more than 550,000 articles in the field of biosynthesis, using natural language processing tools to analyse the abstracts, identify species and compound information, and correlate species genes, compound structure information, chemical reactions of synthetic compounds, enzymes and other information. In addition, we offer a range of structure-based chemical informatics retrieval methods, chemical space visualization and from compounds to species genes, from species genes to compounds prediction information for expert reference. We provide an one-stop information retrieval solution for the biosynthesis field and hope to provide assistance for the exploration of biosynthetic chemistry space.
